Once the reservation is done, we will contact you within 24 hours, to provide information on availability, costs and other services according to your requirement.
The reservation for apartments found in this site are realized and confirmed once we received a payment in the amount of 30% of the price corresponding to the stay at the selected property.If you decide to cancel the booking by any reason, you will not be refunded.
Payments:

. In Cash (Argentine Pesos, Dollars or Euros) at our offices, before joining the apartment.
Check-in:
The amount left of the stay shall be paid before joining the apartment, in Dollars, Euros or equivalent in Argentine Pesos. Also we will sign the temporary lease agreement, the agreement eviction and inventory things previously checked by both parts, and then you will be given the apartment keys. Stylo Apartments will assist and guide you in the issues related to facilities and building regulation. You will be received in the apartment 2 hours after your arrival at Buenos Aires International Airport (estimated time between the Custom procedure and the trip to Buenos Aires City). The schedule for Check In and keys delivery is from 9:00 to 21:00 PM. If you wish to be received in the apartment outside these schedule, please consult us before to coordinate. The Check In from 6:00hs to 9:00hs. or from 21:00 to 0:00, has an extra charge of U$S10. Check In is not allowed between 12:00 pm and 6:00 (AM).
Rates:
Our prices are in U.S. Dollars and convertion to Argentine Pesos or Euros will be determined by the daily exchange rate reported by the Banco de la Nación Argentina.
The published rates are the final prices and, except when otherwise specified, include building fees, city taxes, water, electricity, gas, and - when specified - cable TV, high speed Internet connection or maid service once a week. Administrative costs are US$50.
Damage Deposit:
A security deposit must be paid by the guest. The amount will vary according to the length of stay and the apartment selected. This deposit is refunded at checking out, after a representative of Stylo Apartments reviews the inventory and provided that there are neither damages nor missing items. The cost to repair any damage caused by the guest will be deducted from de security deposit. If the cost to repair damages exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the difference must be paid by the guest.
Check-out:
Guest should check out from 11am to 14hs, depending on the chosen apartment (later check out means an additional of U$S 15). A representative of Stylo Apartments will meet you at the apartment on your departure day to pick up the keys and give you back the refundable deposit.
Possible Changes:
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded. The same situation if you want to shorten the stay. Does not apply to the returning of the security deposit.
